Yep, no battery deg, it’s a 2024 MY RWD only 2 weeks old. I’ve raised a service request to clarify why it says only 260 @ 100% charge.

I’ve just picked up a MY RWD but when I charge to 100% it only shows 260. I test drove the same model and it showed 280ish at 100% - is this expected?

In the process of getting rid of my 2020 M3. There’s a paint chip on the rear left arch. Would you bother repairing it or just accept a lower final value? Thinking of putting it on Autotrader for a few weeks as technically my lease is not up until the 1st April & I’ve already taken delivery of a MY.

They quoted Black Horse as being one of the lenders who has confirmed them DID NOT have a DCA. I wondered as my own agreement was with Black Horse.

Anybody with a UK M3 have an issue with the front control arm having an extremely loud squeaking rubber noise when turning the wheel or generally driving? Noticed it yesterday and raised a service request today. Can it be done at home or is it a trip to the service centre?

Well, as expected, the service team text this morning saying it wasn’t available in the UK & they didn’t know if/when it would be. I’ve checked & I have the speaker holes, so I imagine I have the harness too. Can you in the UK just call Tesla & order that part, or is it US shipping only?

I imagine I’ll get the same rejection from the service center. It seems easy enough to fit, if only I could get one.

Ah ok, I’ll have a look at that. Do Tesla UK sell the speaker separately? Or any other suppliers on the UK? I’ve arrange a service request to ask about a retrofit, but from others posting here, it doesn’t look like they do it in the UK yet.

Is there any way to tell if my M3 has the wiring harness for the speaker & therefore could be retro fitted? Delivery was April 2020, so I’m guessing production was late 2019?

Late to the party here and sorry if it’s been covered….but how do I know if my M3 has the speaker fitted? Mine was delivered in April 2020. I’ve just seen a video on Twitter with the new sentry mode viewer where apparently you can talk through the speaker via the app when viewing sentry mode...

Left the Mrs in the car while I went inside to pick some food up, next minute she’s on the phone distraught because the sentry mode alarm is flashing and blaring rock music at her! I had no idea the alarm did all of that! Couldn’t stop laughing! She’s bloody shaken ha! This car is so much fun!

Great advice here as always, thanks very much everybody! I’ll give it a 90% charge before we leave the car at the airport hotel, so sentry can be enabled. Only away for 7 days, so drain hopefully shouldn’t be an issue….

Trying to plan airport parking at Heathrow and have looked but it appears the Hilton is closed for bookings for a 1 night stay, I assume it’s closed due to Covid still? are the superchargers still accessible? And if so what’s the process for making sure you don’t get a ticket?

Having trialled it for a week, must say I’m glad I didn’t choose to go with FSD or EAP when ordering my M3. Don’t get me wrong, when I watch demos in America, it seems to be great, it’s the legislation over here that really holds Tesla back & this is probably years away from relaxing...

Can I add 1 to my previous list..... Automatic Wipers that switch off when there’s no rain...(maverick I know!) 3 times this week I’ve had to manually disable the wipers as they were going full pelt for 5 minutes after the rain had gone!

Hi all, had a warning, ‘Air pressure below recommendation for tires’ this morning. looked in the handbook, but the sticker it refers to which shows the correct PSI isn’t on the inside of the door. what PSI should the tyres be? Mine are showing 39 on both left & 38 on both right. cheers

It would be far better is Tesla offered a 7-30 day trial, so you could actually test the features before making such a large commitment. From everything I’ve read online, their refund process is an absolute nightmare & takes ages to process.

Evening all, noticed today when looking at some Sentry clips from this evening, that the camera had a line down the middle. Checked other night time clips & it’s the same. Not visible at all during the day. Any ideas what this is? Is it a service center job to fix? Cheers!

Just checked the Upgrade section of the App & TACC does show in the list of FSD features. Not been out for a drive to see if it still works though. Surely they can’t move a ‘free’ feature to another subscription model?
