Yes that’s the CT issues I had to work through that corrected the problem, #15. The other issue that occurs just after midnight is expected behavior per Tesla and not an issue. I now also run the Sense monitoring tool side by side with Tessa’s solution.

When mine was installed they added or installed a junction box where all the power converged from the utility. I was told that when I get a Powerwall that box would be replaced with the gateway. For now all it does is split off the power and my CT’s (Neurio)are install at the location as well.

I'm happy to say its not luck the 10 plus yrs I've lived in Texas. I haven't had a power outage here in a while and when I did it was like 10 min or less. Might be the areas I've lived in but certainly not an issue in SA worth buying 21k worth of Powerwall's that I'm certain of.

Wow, so there is a lot here 🙂. It does sound like there is a possible CT config issue and I would not hold my breath waiting or asking Tesla to fix data, that wont happen. You might need to have an electrician change the CT's around for you or have Tesla come out but that could take weeks...

Yeah that sure sounds like the Neurio device is not connected properly. Read through Neurio Monitoring Performance that might help you.

Crap, yeah you are correct they installed it wrong. Not sure what a solution would be with those bars not being accessible for the CT’s. Maybe an electrician would have a solution for you.
