@DrChaos I price matched with BBWheels at the time, but they've gone up to $217.97 since. Quickly searching and it seems like they're the lowest current price available with free shipping for the 235/45/18. Just got the delivery and they do have the diamond pattern, not thrilled but I'll live.

I submitted a $200.77 price from SpeedyTire to DT Direct. I haven't gotten a response yet, but hoping they match. That price along with the rebate, is an excellent deal. I have never dealt with DT before; they have a good reputation, right?

@meomyo all user reviews so far have pointed to increased efficiency for the ION AS vs MXM4 (and other models). Hard to tell without more miles, but indications have been positive.

Yes, luckily I haven't needed service... as I've read, if you need service they'll automatically update the software to the latest version without warning.

If driving on 2022.20.8 and prior, it still utilizes radar. Myself and few others are still holding out without problems.

It's not worth mentioning since it's only "minor bug fixes" with no specific release notes.

Black or white interior? For white interior 50% will seem lighter. I have 70% on mine, and you could hardly tell it's tinted unless it's very cloudy/gloomy out. If black interior, I would go with 70%.

Can someone with the update who also listen to podcasts and often tap +10 seconds/scrub forward through advertisements explain how this is easily achieved with the new mini-player? Will you need to swipe to the tire/trip card to force move the media bar to the map side?

Agreed, nothing in this update is compelling enough to "upgrade" from 2022.20.8 and giving up radar going into the winter season.

If you hold the right stalk down one depress after you see the speed limit change on the screen (or while passing the speed limit sign on the road) it will reduce vehicle speed to the speed limit+offset. You're still pressing down the stalk, so not fully automatic, but close.

Should have held out. Because of the Vision update, I'm still on 2022.20.8 until Tesla gives me a reason to update to a new version.

Yes, front protection is much more important. There are some fragile battery coolant lines located behind the drive unit, which if damaged, would lead to the entire battery being replaced by Tesla.

Yes, can be switched off in the Autopilot menu. Defaults to off, I had to turn it on.
