I use the camera to see if anybody is coming up on me, then look out the window to see if anybody is right next to me. Although the new blind spot indicator helps with that. But my Gen X brain can’t fathom changing lanes without looking out the window. LOL.

Not to mention all the time waiting for your car to have its oil changed. Even if only 2 times per year you need to add another hour to that total.

To be fair I have used a Supercharger exactly 1 time this year and only 4 times in the last 12 months. I see more and more Teslas that my wife says there is no longer anything special about them! I love it, the more the merrier I say!

Wow! You are in Supercharger utopia. Here in Orange County NY we have exactly 3 total and only 1 within 15 Miles.

While I won’t go as far as to call it “Dangerous”, it is damn annoying I must say.

I was in Whitefish last year. Yes it’s a beautiful town but with only level 2 you have to plan, bring a mobile charger, and charge fully at the last available supercharger on your route. It’s pretty bad that one of the most beautiful parks around doesn’t have a supercharger in the gateway town.

I am also on 2023.2.12, but I’m ok with that. I would rather have fewer(maybe quarterly) better tested releases than having to get the “Oh S#!T we screwed something up” 2023.X.1, 2023.X.2 releases.

I’m curious as to why you feel that way. Do you know of some roadblock using vision only for summon or auto park when it’s being used for far more complex features?

Well, I wouldn’t panic… yet. I have a M3LR with about 10,000 miles over 10 months and I’m at about 2.5% degraded so I’d keep an eye on it and remember, you have 120,000 mile warrantee on that battery. So if worse comes to worse it will be replaced free of charge.

I have the same experience. My only wish is that they turned back on faster. Other than that they operat as good or better than any other car I have had with them

Yeah, this happens for me every time I exit the vehicle, even for a few minutes.

I am getting a similar issue, but I can login and play fine. But if I get out of the car then next time I enter I have to go through picking Apple Music as a source and starting a song all over again. It doesn’t pick up where I left off, frustrating.

Not sure if you are asking me. But I only “thought” I was braking. I was actually pressing the accelerator harder and harder until i jumped the curb and luckily came to my senses and letup.

At this point every car manufacturer has been accused of this occurring with one or more of their models. It is not all that hard to make that mistake, heck I did it once in my Infiniti Q50. I was positive I was pressing the brake and I wont up driving over a curb before realizing my mistake...

I have been noticing this as well. Ever since 2022.24. First on .5 and now .6. Same issue. Parked and drops a lot. 2-3% in as little as an hour.

Since this update my Drivers door no longer unlocks when I walk up to the car. I need to pull out my phone and tap the unlock icon to get in. First time an update broke something for me. Inevitable I guess.

Sorry to resurrect this old thread but I am having this now on my brand new 2022 M3LR. Sounds like a bird chirping, probably from like 20MPH and up. And yes, I like to drive with just the drivers window down. Don’t use A/C unless it’s in the 90’s. Anybody ever really nail this down?

I don’t think it looks OEM at all. It looks like the dash in an ‘X’ or an ’S’ but not in the ‘3’ or ‘Y’. The dash in the X and S have the center screen blended into the dash and the cluster follows the same theme. But in the 3 and Y you have a screen separate from the dash so this looks...

Basically dealers feel they have a god-given right to rip you off. I wish they would all just go away. I’ve had zero good interactions with dealers from sales to service, all brands, they all suck.

Washed the car for the first time today, and I know I was warned but the front of this car sure is one huge bug magnet! 5 Days of mostly around town driving and there must have been over 100 bug splatters on there. It’s like they’re purposely flying into it or something!
