Apparently, I didn't explain things correctly on my initial post. The initial orientation of the outlet had the mobile connector wire and box extending upward above the outlet when plugged in. It is now hanging down when plugged in after maintenance guy flipped the outlet.

I appreciate all the replies and helpful info. I decided to ask and the apartment's maintenance man had the outlet flipped within 30min. I haven't rented an apartment in probably 27yrs, so I had forgotten how nice it is to call someone else to fix everything. 😆 Thank you everyone!

I’m not convinced that configuration plays a part in EDD. It seems the one thing most folks getting VIN right now have in common is they ordered in early to mid February, or earlier. Am I missing something here?

I had this installed yesterday. I cannot wait to use it! My EDD was a victim of the great 4/20 pushback (6/8-7/20 pushed to 9/4-10/30), so I won’t be charging a Tesla with it anytime soon. 😢

I’m super bummed out to see how many of us woke up to bad news. I, too, had my EDD pushed back today. It is only my second update and first since the day after I ordered. My EDD went from June 8-July 20 to September 4-October 30! I could not believe it moved three months. 😡

I also sold my vehicle already and wish I had held onto it a little longer. I didn’t expect the vehicle for a couple of months, but it seems a good many have been waiting longer and that makes me nervous.

The lowest quote I could find here in Oregon is $1550.00. I'm running through my basement to the garage, and it is about a 70' run. It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot find a lower quote. One place wanted $3048.00! :mad:
