The team at the pick up point called the dartford service center who confirmed they had one performance uberturbine in stock and to go over and they’d swap it out, check alignment and tyre pressures which they did.

My front passenger wheel had been totally curbed upon arrival and not flagged. So was gutted to see it upon my initial inspection. Luckily dartford service centre had one in stock so I drove over and they swapped it out for a new wheel and tyre and checked the alignment.

Yes admiral came up cheapest on comparison but I managed to get a comparable deal with direct line due to existing relationship. Gap insurance on top these will never be “that” cheap to insure.

Nah. It’ll be one that was due for inventory most likely. Seemingly they are getting cancellations due to economy / shipping a few extras in case of circumstance like this.

No in the lending agreement correct. Yeah personally I’d keep it stock and OEM. Based on reports these new Ys have far better ride and suspension from 2020 models (which were basically just irons) so I’d be inclined to stick with the recommended set up until we know more.

Yep. They come with carpet mats. But we live in the countryside and the kids track serious amounts of mud in the winter. Holding back the tears so winter mats are essensh.

I have noticed this also. It’s partly the reason I went with black / black. I essentially saw black and white models leaving the factories and figured that might help speed up my delivery.
