Just started using Visible Tesla a few weeks ago, and can't seem to get it to log my trips. Is there something I need to do on the car or on the program to get it to log my trips? When I click on various dates where I have driven the car, there are no entries in the trip log.

I concur......especially given some of the issues expressed above about users getting stuck at the screen where they are trying to connect to the car. The main reason why I would consider switching from the official app is the lag time for the official app to connect to the car.

Were you valet mode? Something like that happened to me yesterday until I realized I had forgot to turn off valet mode. Once I did that, summon was back on the app

Instead of carrying separate charging cards for charge point, blink, evgo, etc, is there a single card available that can access multiple networks? I know the EZ charge card does that but I don't thinks it's available to Tesla owners.

I noticed that my battery drains about a mile a day while just sitting in the garage with no movement. Is that normal? I do you Visible Tesla. Is that the source of the drain? If so, if I delete the program from my computer, would the drain stop?

Where do you mount your transponder to use the metro express lanes on the 10 or 110 freeways? I put it on the dashboard (haven't mounted it yet) yesterday and noticed that the transponder didn't beep where it should have, like in my other car (non-Tesla).

It worked! Was charging at 29 mph for the duration of the charge last night.

I see the point now, thanks. Yes, it is supposedly fixed. I will find out tonight when I actually try it. I think I would still try it at 40 amps just to make sure it works fine, and if it does, then I would charge regularly at 30 amps unless I need a faster charge for some reason.

How long have you been charging to 100%/when did you get the car?

That is sufficient, but if I can get it to work properly at a higher rate of charging, why not charge it at the higher rate? Is there a downside to that? I found out from my electrician that I had a faulty breaker, which he has replaced.

Crap! The power to the outlet just went out. Could this happen because I changed the setting to 40 amp?

Just called customer service, and they had me change the settings in the car from 30 amp to 40 amp, and I'm now getting 26 mph. I guess the 30 amp was limiting the speed of my charge. Does anyone know what is the benefit of charging at 30 amp versus changing the setting to 40 amp? Why not...

This chart only applies to the wall connector, right? I'm not using a wall connector, just the UMC to the outlet. I think I'm on a 240V/40A circuit. The car says it's getting 40 amps, so I'm assuming it's a 40A circuit?

I'm getting a charge of 22 mph, does that seem low for a 240 volt, NEMA 14-50 outlet, or does that sound about right?
