Ya, I had a similar issue and jiggled the cupholder side-to-side until I felt it snapping back to it's track and that fixed it.

I can see how this is more practical for carrying cargo, but isn't nearly as nice for carrying people. They should offer both this 7 seat config and the older monopost style at a premium.

If he has kids in car seats, you can get to the 3rd row leaving the car seat in place. Not possible in the Q7, you'd need to remove the car seat in order to access the 3rd row.

VIN 456XX, MX 100D 6-seat config confirmed on 3/17. My OA said that production is currently scheduled for 4/24 with a delivery in AZ 2 weeks later in early May.

Are there any concerns with cycling the 12V battery when connecting to constant power? I called a local installer, and they recommend against using constant power due to this. I'm in AZ, so not sure if the intense heat makes a difference.
