Fremont. Right next to the factory. I don't think region matters though. The first car they offered me was a 2017 VIN 1,3xx car built in January 18'. I rejected that one.

Good news. Got a notification that they found a new match for me (only took a week and a half). This time they assigned me a 45k VIN that was built in August 18'. That VIN was allocated back in May but wasn't used until the August build time. I'm a happy camper.

I got assigned a VIN in 0013xx Not 13k. 13xx Young enough to be an employee car. No wonder the car's ready for delivery 1 week after I ordered it.

I'm also concerned about a battery that's likely been sitting in a discharged state for almost a year and what reason it's not been put into delivery. A re-worked car? Loaner? Test vehicle employee take out to lunches? It has 56 miles on the odometer.

Lifestream's normal rate is high. What they offer is beating competitor's rate by 0.1% which is why you always see them with the lowest rate.

Just checked with them. You need to be there in person to open an account. They don't currently do online/phone memberships. You basically have to be living in Austin to use this credit union.

Please also add Tower FCU which offers pretty good rates. I really hate the fact that these great rates are limited to people in certain areas. Takes time to figure out if there are loopholes to the eligbility.

I'm confused why your duration is so long. Using the same parameters for SR I get 6:47 on the trip planner site...65mph, 100% depart charge, arrival charge 15% for charger and goal. Fremont to L.A. Civic center. 9 hours seem way too long (I do it in under 5hrs in my 3 series lol).
