Ranger was here today on time, very nice to deal with, if the phone staff was half as good to deal with............
There was a line item for onsite service that listed payment type as "goodwill" so I am unsure if they discounted that due to having so much trouble setting it up or if that is standard. I just mention it in case the next person's bill varies.
Battery appeared original( VIN 42,XXX) and he had to update the car to the new charging profile.
