Car rear bumper needs to be factory reinforced for jumpseat. If the car does not have jumpseat already you do NOT want to install for safety purposes.

I stand corrected. But as per that bulletin, the first thing that needs to be done is to reinforce the rear bumper and install a crossmember retrofit. Didn’t know you could do that post factory. Sorry.
