I know there are enough threads about this already but wanted to start one on my particular case.
11/29/22 warranty expired, 1/20/23 car lost traction motor power on way to work briefly saying pack was at 0miles, then began working fine till 1/25/23. This morning when it went to charge it errored at 163 miles, by the time I got up the 12volt was so dead the car unlocked but wouldn't power screen.
Once I got a 12volt charger on I got the pics below.
Tesla says remote diagnostics after the first incident suggested bad cell.
I think I am decided on a replacement from Tesla.
Got a third party quote which I think is fair, but by the time I add return shipping and the fact that come time to sell the Tesla warranty is going to be worth more, and sounds like I am likely to see a range upgrade with Tesla I think the few thousand extra fro Tesla repair is worth it to me.
I haven't begun looking up all those codes but here are the screenshots.
