I've got a 2020 Model X. I'm guessing it's just bug fixes. It doesn't seem like my Model X has been sleeping as often or for as long. Maybe that's what it will fix. I'll post the release notes if they are updated.

This version further improves the accuracy of classification and vehicle placement of the toy cars on my screen.
There was already an improvement in 2020.12 and 2020.12.1 is another step forward, particularly in reducing the lag of vehicles passing by my car. It’s almost exactly like real life now.

2020.12.1 has the stop feature at lights for select number of people, the number will increase soon

Looks like 2020.12.1 has fixed my car from waking up every 2 minutes. Woot.
Stop sign/red lights is in early access with 2020.12.1. By second week of April, I say wide release.

It seems odd that the release notes don't mention that, they are the same notes as 2020.12
