2020.20.12 update stuck

My update to 2020.20.12 has been stuck at the very beginning for about two weeks now. I tried to update it while I was away from the car out of state, and I got back yesterday to find it still stuck. Shows stuck on the app and on the car screen. Tried 'power off' from settings, two scroll wheel reset, and two scroll wheel and brake pedal....no luck. Anyone else have this? How do I fix?

hit up service in the app and request them to resend.

that happened to me once. what i did was put the car to sleep (no sentry) for a day and then the next day when i got in, the car started the update. at the time i was using my phone but now ive a dedicated hotspot.

Had the same thing happen with 20.12. Service app and got a text they reset the update. It then updated 16.3 and about a week later got 20.12 agin and it downloaded and installed fine.

had the same issue, setting an appointment in the app for service software upgrade fixed it

Yep, setup a mobile appt. Within 24 hours got a text stating they reset it and sent it again. Solved!

Had the same issue. Like others mentioned open a service appointment in the app. They will push the update again.
