Tesla software update 2021.44.5 includes Driver Door Unlock Mode, Driver Profiles, Vehicle Sync (Beta), Rear Cabin Climate, Autopark, Rear Seatbelt Reminder, Detect Uneven Tire Wear, Seat and Steering Column Calibration.

The Autopark change seems like a big deal: you can now perpendicular park based on line markings or road edges, adjacent cars no longer required. I don’t use Autopark, but many others do.

It doesn’t solve the issue of no trunk lighting if the car is sound asleep and I open the trunk via the latch over the license plate.

Since I like to drive with my trip odometer card always showing, I wonder if it will fix the bug where every use of the washer fluid results in the odometer card disappearing.

Autopark with vision has been around for a couple months. I have it with FAD Beta, but it’s still not good. Yes it parks within lines, but it’s parking logic is the same as before. I.e. even if you give it proper space, it won’t park straight in on the first attempt. It’ll keep going back and forth very very slowly, and piss off everyone in the parking lot waiting to get around you while your car is trying to park lol

That isn't a bug, they designed it that way on purpose.

Why?

Once I tap the call for a spray of wiper fluid, that action displays the manual wiper control card for the obligatory time period, then the wiper card goes away…and my odometer card should come back on its own.

i think that depended on the car. i got the holiday update (48.10) on the 16/12/2021
