2023 Model Y Custom Order Wait Time

Did you get your VIN at the same time the EDD changed, or did VIN come later?
My EDD has been updating always at 6am

not at the same time for the first change of EDD. I received a text Sunday morning about the possibility to receive the VIN in the next 2 weeks, and 3 days later (this morning) I got the vin, and this morning also they gave me a short time window.

Actually I did a mistake describing the EDD.
EDD1: Jan-March
EDD2:3/3-3/31
EDD3:3/3-3/17 (1 week before the VIN)
EDD4 3/13-3/19 with VIN

No VIN yet but i received text message today "Tesla Delivery team here, we are reaching out about your active Tesla order. Your current ESTIMATED delivery window is within the coming weeks. Please reply READY and complete your profile in your Tesla App if you are ready for delivery within the coming weeks to ensure a smooth delivery process."

Profile is already completed.. fingers crossed..

I exchanged email notes with the Oregon green energy folks, and they said Tesla corp would have to reapply to get the rebate again.

Any updates on this Ray. I was surprised to find out my 23 Model Y is not eligible for Oregon incentive.

Alt east No sales tax in OR
I'm jealous of all you west coasters with state incentives. NADA here in AZ (used to have have free reg. taxes) Paying about 4K in sales taxes+1 K reg. tax now.
