That's why I gave my process and history of charging. I know losses are minimal with these advanced Tesla batteries and losses are usually based on how you calibrate using charging methods and not real losses. The only way to cause increased degradation is to charge to full regularly or let the battery drop below 20% regularly. Even then, with these batteries, it should be minimal.
I did a full charge today - just hit 18K - and it charged to 324 again.
Lifetime efficiency is 246 W/mi - with my weakness being driving 85+ on the highway and punching it from time to time. C'mon, it's a fun and zippy car.
