A/C Warranty?

Sorry if this was asked previously. But I could not find the answers.

A/C is not blowing cold air. I can't use the supercharger, because the a/c is not working. Is this covered under used car warranty. Tesla services can't find the cause yet, and can't tell if it's covered... saying that I might have to pay roughly around $1400.

It is covered under the 4-year/50,000-mile car warranty.

After that, the batter/drive unit warranty does not cover the A/C even if it needs A/C to get the battery to work correctly.
