Add Secondary Account - Zip Code not accepted

Hi, friends--

Every time I sign into my Tesla account and attempt to add a secondary contact, it won't accept the Zip Code. It comes back and says: "Mailing zip / postal code is not valid for the state provided." I have used 3 different addresses for him for 3 different states, and all addresses are coming back as the same problem. I even used my own address that is in my primary contact, with the exact details as mine, and even that is not being accepted. Any ideas on how to fix this so I can get a secondary contact account?

Do you have full address info filled in for your primary account? I had the same issue as you and found that my primary had no address. After fixing that I was able to add the secondary.

I had the same issue a few days ago (there's a thread about it a few pages back.) As BDV300 stated, make sure your primary contact has all the address fields populated.

Perfect! You were right on. The primary address listed wasn’t the full address and as soon as I corrected that, it worked. Thanks so much!
