Added Extended Warranty, where/when does it show up on Account/App?

I went down to SC for two things. Get extended warranty. And Proof I traded in my vehicle which I never got. They spent an hour looking for someone that might help me. I gave up. I needed proof I traded (sold) my vehicle to get an excise tax rebate.

Nope. Shows as cash purchase. Weeks later after purchase Tesla even tried to get the tax break money out of me that you get on trade in’s.

My only proof of trade is my registration which shows the correct tax (trade in tax break factored in) being paid to state, which Tesla did on my behalf. But it’s not proof I traded or sold my car.

My extended warranty purchased over 2 years ago used to show up on my account. About 6 months ago it stopped showing up so I just make sure I carry the paperwork in the car. Who knows why Tesla does things like that!

I did get an email receipt that I had to search for since it stopped showing up in my account. That is what I keep in the car as well as a copy of the contract. Tesla is just as amazing for the incredibly stupid things they do as well as the brilliant things!
