reservation for CT not showing up on Tesla account?

I put down a reservation for a CT on 11/22/2019 but it does not show up in my Tesla account (I have a MS). Anyone know if (1) it should show up and (2) if so, how/who do I contact at Telsa to get that corrected?

I know Tesla redid their website recently, but when I click on Menu and then Account on the left hand side and then sign in I see my current TM3 and my future CT right next to each other.

Yeah, only my MS shows up on that page (and a previously owned cars link)

My reservation shows in my account as well.

Did your email address change Or did you use a different email for each vehicle?

I used 2 different email,accounts, and when I closed the one that thebCT was used to order…pooof… the CT did. It show up,on my My Tesla Account anymore.

I had to call Tesla to get it restored.

interesting to know however, when Tesla consolidated My email accounts… just like magic, all my rewards points were deleted too.
