All saved setting erased after updating to 2022.20.6

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago after my screen froze and I had to reboot. When it came back online everything had reset and I had to set everything up again. I didn't do a software update, so it was just the frozen screen that initiated this. I momentarily got a v11 update message but I'm not sure why. I'm on 2022.44.30.10

The v11 indicates the OS version which is 11, which is separate from FSD version. The car wipes its memory so it shows the welcome to v11 again.
