another rear windshield tint question

hey all- long time lurker but recently new 2024 M3 owner here. I tried searching before but couldn't get a confirmation....

does the factory rear roof glass heat/UV rejection properties extend to the defroster area of the rear windshield? that area is notably a different tint than the upper roof portion from the factory.

I am debating on a half tint of the rear just to clean that portion up.
