Any "hidden" upgrades of MS/X in between 2022 - 2024 ?

Hi
Does anyone know of any less known hardware changes of the model S/X during this period?
It might be less discussed things like a new article number on some part
Or more info on less known detail or spets on the general well known changes listed below

Feb 2022 Matrix headlights
May 2022 Tilt screen
Jan 2023 Plaid got new brake pads and red painted brakes
Mar 2023 HW4 + HD radar + high transp roof - USS ( unclear if radar is used? Also unclear how much lighter & transparent the roof is)
Feb 2024 Horn in center of steering wheel and better "leather" ( unclear if older hardware might benefit from software update )

Is this really all of it?

yes thanks, but I was trying to find out if someone have made some "archeology work" by diving into the service manual and found that they changed something less noticeable or maybe if someone knows more about the differences. Like for example the glass roof which is virtually impossible to find any data on regarding differences before and after.

The reason for mapping this is that im not so impressed by the updates. Tesla used to have a higher rate in their progress. Right now it doesnt feel like a December 2023 car is very much better than a December 2022 car.
However the general consensus seem to be that the build quality has increased with every year. I wonder if this can be traced back into new parts or if it is just a matter of more professional screwing things together

May 2024, S/X lose steam.

Simple side-by-side chart here showing the Refresh vs. prior gen Model X changes.

There are a LOT of changes under the skin! 👀

Well updates compared to 2021 are obvious. I was more interested in changes from just before HW3 to HW4 and yes if it is possible to quantify not so obvious changes.
There are zero to none info about anything but the lists earlier mentioned. Also for well known updates info is hard to find as how much less does the new more lightweight glass roof weight. And the well discussed brake update still its not 100 clear.

So my idea was to try and find if tesla changed any serial nr for anything not on the lists

Other changes from 2021/2022 to now beyond those listed in the first post:

- The light in the center bin was changed from lighting up when closed, to lighting up when open. A design error, but you're looking for trivial changes!

- The steering wheel now has a "camera display" button in the position of the old horn button (and as you pointed out, the horn is moved to the center airbag).

- The rear seat display size increased.

- Rear taillights were redesigned and include amber turn signals

- The charge port status LEDs changed from a ring to a small logo, similar to the 3/Y.

- A mobile connector cable and FOBs are no longer included for free.

- Two new paint colors are available, and for a while in 2022 all available paint colors were free.

- The rear "TESLA" blackout trim now has raised "TESLA" in chrome (where it used to be all black).

I just got my model S recently. One time I tried to charge in the dark. Took a little while to find where the darn hole was. Then I saw a video of some previous tesla that had the colored ring around the hole. Much better idea imho.

Yep, I love the LED charging ring - not so excited about the change to the tiny LED but I expect they are trying to be consistent across the line. It's also part of the cost reductions that allow the 2024 S to cost less than the 2022!
