Anyone Bought New Inventory Tesla Model S/X "Raven" got free unlimited supercharging before June 30

I picked out an inventory MS in this time frame, and it had FUSC listed on the spec sheet. Then they couldn’t deliver the car, giving various reasons. Delivery advisor found another one with all the options I wanted on it, so I bought it. FUSC was not listed on the spec sheet, and I couldn’t get anyone to add it. But after pestering them every day for a week, they sent me an email stating unequivocally that the car had FUSC. I scheduled delivery, picked it up in SLC, and it’s been flawless. Easily the best car I’ve ever owned!

VERY NICE!!!!!! Wyomingtim. It's so great to hear story and case like yours it gives other people hope who are fortunate enough to buy the few "unicorns" new inventory model S/X during the FUSC period.

I love my car too with FUSC on it.. it's awesome.. I can take long trips with it without have to worry about charging fees. planning on keeping this until it drives to the ground. and getting the extended warranty also extending it to 8 years.

The point is that guys "DON"T GIVE UP" on something that you may be eligible for, especially you paid it with hard earn money.
 
My sales adviser said"The FUSC came with inventory vehicles that were built before the date 4/23 were part of the promotion". I don't recalled seeing 4/23 as the qualifying date of FUSC. I asked to file a case for me anyway.

yeah that's what you have to do.. keep filing cases... eventually , the private (non-public) conditional terms (oh has to be built before 4/23, or raven does not qualify) that they keep bringing up would not hold against the very clear the tesla's public statement to buyer/customer.
 
Did you ask the same person to refile for you? They acted like it's such a burden to file a case. I hate to annoy anyone but this is definitely worth it.

I did not ask the same person, because they won't do it again for second time if the case is closed.. it'll be like talking to a brick wall and expect something different the second time.

call the local delivery advisor where you'll have your car serviced,
call for the deliver advisor where I picked up the car (in my case it was different then the service area)
call the sales person who sold you the car
call the sales person' who sold you the car and ask for his/her manager/supervisor
call the main Tesla number ask for delivery specialist at a remote location
logon the Tesla support chat, and have the chat online person file the case

so that's 6 people you can call and ask to file the case

Could’ve saved me over $40 on charging over 4th of July weekend but I’m hey I’m not complaining. Better late then never

I wrote delivery@ ... we'll see how hard they want to make it for themselves.

Sales tax in Nevada isn't capped, I had to pay $12k sales tax on my Mercedes G500 Cabrio back in 2000, we had to pay sales tax on our 2014 S P85+, I had to pay add taxes on the 2018 X P100D, over and above what we paid to the greedy state of CA for taking factory delivery of our two Teslas. Next time, for my Roadster, I'm having them ship that car to Oregon.
