Anyone else not able to kill the fan?

I can’t turn my fan off. When I bought the car, I must’ve been on the previous software version as the car asked me to update mid last week. But since to 8.3, when I click on the fan icon, the climate controls simply go away and the fan remains on. I’ve tried Turing the ‘auto’ button on and off to complete this and no change. I click on the fan button and the control screen drops out of sight as usual. But bringing up the controls again, the fan is on. It’s hurting my mileage.
Is it me? Or is there a bug?

Tap and hold fan icon to turn fan off. Fan icon becomes slightly transparent when off.

Nope. Didn’t work. Holding for a short second or for a couple seconds. Fan stays on.

Tap the fan then tap the power button or hold the fan until it "bursts".

This just started happening to me too. I’ve had the car 3 weeks, and I have been able to turn the fan off before. What you described in the first post is exactly what’s happening to mine. I’m still on v9 software. Did you ever get this resolved?

Hard reboot the vehicle and try again! If it works for Windows, then its gotta work for Tesla!

Tried this. Didn’t work.
