If past is prolog it will probably be quite a while before anything gets sent out. The good news is, while it seems to take quite a while Tesla always comes through in the end.

BTW, since the new (current) program started part way through the last one, did the last one (March through June 2017) program end or was it extended?

Stuff hasn't been delivered from the program that ended 15 Jan. Thy seem to be running 6-9 months from program end to goodie delivery. It also doesn't trigger until all the cars are deliver d or cancelled (which can take up to 3 months after the program ends f someone order d near the end of the program).

Th program that ended 15 June is different one than the new one that runs through the end of the year. The two,programs ran concurrently for about a month and referrals in that period counted for both programs.
