Anyone know cutover of VINs post shutdown?

I think it was around 3xxx mark but that's from memory, does anyone know?

I just found my VIN in source code 35xx just curious whether it might be pre or post factory shutdown...

Oddly, I've seen lots of posts about 3xxx VINs and 5xxx+ VINs, but no 4xxx VINs.

No such cutoff exists. There will be plenty of 3xxx (and probably even 2xxx, 1xxx, and 0xxx) VINs produced after the restart. Remember, VINs do not necessarily come off the line in order.
