Anyone received delivery of 2019 'Raven' Refresh?

Bonjour I have my vin and my invoice order but no news and i think my salers is dead...

For both my orders there was a flurry of activity right after I ordered, then total silence and almost no response when I poked them repeatedly - until the car was in transit to my delivery center a few days before delivery, then they suddenly got responsive again.

Received my Raven 75D in June (built in June) without adding the FSD option. TeslaFi is showing its autopilot 2.5? Is that correct? My understanding was that all new cars after April had MCU 3.0 in them. Any way to know for sure?

TeslaFI can't accurately distinguish between the two at this time.

However, there have also been some accounts of folks who didn't order FSD getting 2.5 boards in recent cars, presumably based on availability.

The best way I know of to tell for certain is to record some dashcam/sentry video and look at it on a computer. The AP3 board does more compact H265 encoding, which the AP2.5 board doesn't have the hardware to do, so those use the older H264 format.

So I got a text message today asking to schedule delivery of my long range Model X, nine days after I put in the order. And today's a Sunday no less. So I'm picking up my car Wednesday, the text message said the car was in transit.

This is similar to a friend of mine who got his schedule text message 8 days after ordering - his was a performance Model S.

This is most impressive - this is/was Tesla's goal, to have build to order cars available within 2 weeks.

That’s awesome! my delivery specialist emailed me and said that the scheduling was all automatic, but they can intervene which means the car could be available sooner. I picked mine up 3 days before my actual scheduled date.

Is it normal to be stuck in 'Trade-In Valuation in Progress' for several days? (see attachment)

I ordered 5+ days ago, entered all my 'Prepare for delivery' info w/in minutes of ordering, and have been stuck here ever since. There is no loan on the trade-in...

I got the quote for the trade-in before I ordered. Then ordered the X using my referral link. Then applied the quote to the purchase.

I don't see anything else I need to do (?).

Looks like you’re all good on your end. Tesla needs to contact you to set a delivery date. I believe you’ve done everything right. I would email them again and ask for a delivery date.

I just received my Model X performance yesterday, and upon closer inspection, I found a few issues and I'm not sure what to do about it. Wondering if service can fix something like this or is it better to return the car and see if they can build me another.

1. Hood has 3 minor indentations that are noticeable if you look at it from a certain angle.
2. Trim above the middle LCD screen is slightly bent.

3. Chrome trims on rear side windows sticks out when looking at it from the rear.

4. Paint imperfections. One of the imperfections is under the chrome trim as shown in this video.
5. Chrome trim misalignment by falcon wing door.

I was hoping that by now Tesla would have improved on build quality, especially since I come from a early 2012 Model S P85 and also own a early Model 3, but seems like there are still issues. Let me know if you guys experienced any of this and what you guys think is the best thing to do. Waiting to hear back from my owner advisor to see what they say.
