You don't need to do anything special to make it work (at least on iOS). Just re-opening the app now and everything is working now for me, whereas it hadn't been for around 7 or 8 hours. No need to log out, or do anything special.

Tokens don't behave the same way on android. That's why the car switch or log out was also necessary, otherwise app keeps spinning and never connected. There are distinct differences between the two OS's.

After waiting all day for the app to respond, I tried logging out and then back in and that resolved the problem.
Btw, I'm on Android.

I had absolutely no extra difficulty on Android. The app spun when the service was off-line. I confirmed that the key function was still operational. When the service returned, the app worked again without doing anything at all.

Which means they have now also fixed the earlier refresh token issue. Thanks for confirming that.

Good question. I don't think you'll be able to get the key to connect because you won't be able to get into the app, since authentication is performed on the server, which is having issues. DON'T LOGOUT is my recommendation

After 24 hrs without the app working, i decided to logout and log back in and that worked. So ignore my earlier post of not to logout.
