I may actually be getting closer. My EDD changed this morning from 1/8-1/20 to now 1/11-1/20. Still no VIN

Cool, but since my Y will be a mom-mobile, I'm fine with the hub caps and the few extra miles it will give me. I would like all my other trims to look silver like the handles etc....like the older cars, oh well!
Got the text to schedule my delivery appointment today. Only one day window this time. Fingers crossed this one sticks. 4th times a charm hopefully.

How much difference in range does the cover make? I think I will take the cover out, install the cap and when I travel, I put the cover back in. Too much work to paint, IMHO, but looks great.
Gemini here! I like this look. However, I don’t mind the look of the Gemini's. IMO they look better than what’s underneath. Looks cheap but, everyone’s different.

Back in mid Nov I had a similar situation... entered the window, it changed a like this time, then when I entered the window again it pushed out a month or so.
Ugh same thing happened to me. I stupidly believed the EDD timelines. Who are you using? My experience: I let it expire and did a new one when I got my vin. Unfortunately I think you’ll have to have your credit run again

. Still very driveable. It mostly does it when turning on an incline. Got our first rock chip already lol. Might have to wrap the front bumper if this is how fast they come

After resisting ordering anything before I had a VIN (still don't have a VIN) I went ahead and ordered the home link accessory since the accessory was out of stock for a while and came back in stock. They are supposedly delivering it same day on a Sunday! They should some of their super shipping skills on the actual vehicle.

It's been showing that for a few weeks.
Originally was showing January and then 12/15 - 12/31 for a few weeks before it changed to the current EDD.

I think it is a generation thing. Older generation want alloy wheels with the silver look. Long time back, more expensive cars had those and entry level ones had aluminum hub caps. I think for younger people the darker color is cool, so go for it! The drop in mileage by removing the Gemini wheel cover is just 3-4 miles. You can even enter after you remove in your Tesla, so it will account for the slightly higher turbulence and adjust your predicted range accordingly.
