I actually learned I could open the boot from the back of the car. I was a bit annoyed I have to use the app every time. I don’t what put that in my head, I must have tried it once and it didn’t work. But this was a revelation… haha

Do you have a rough time stamp for where he talks about this? I only really found him mention that they hadn't tested the LR yet in my quick skim through.

I had a similar number plate in my old patrol, if you had 5 letters snd a number it was a once off cost. It was cool until i found more joy in being more incognito

He makes mention of subtle comparisons throughout and also states he would personally go for RWD over LR due to:

- price
- tendency to understeer on LR variant due to front motor power
- lighter feel of RWD variant
- ‘acceptable’ rating of range in RWD variant (422km in their test)

*although without test driving the highland LR, this isn’t a fair comparison just yet I feel.

Thanks for the summary. I’ve got a LR on the way myself. I’m happy with my choice either way, but always keen to see the comparisons.

There is. Exactly where you expect it to be. It is a bit of a weird squidgly thing and I must have tried it when the car was locked and assumed it couldn’t be done.
