Auto Park (regressing features and Canadian consumer protection laws)

Our 2021 model y went from no auto park due to radar removal, to finally having autopark reasonably functional and then back to now pretty much no auto park.

Are there consumer protection laws in Canada that treats regression via software update as a defect and a “not getting what you paid for” from a consumer perspective.

Anyone suffering similar isssues/wanting to take action in Canada?

...consumer protection laws...

I think it's a good consumer rights case because, unlike Autopilot/FSD, "Park Assist" is not a beta feature. It's a consumer-quality feature not at a quality level for beta testers.

A feature is a feature and it doesn't matter what software/hardware is needed, once sold, that feature needs to be reliably available during the warranty period.

Thanks for the feedback. Any suggests regarding a best route forward?

Additional note, it stopped working because of “salt” ><
