Driving the two lane highway through Everglades National Park in Auto Steer Beta, my Model Y twice forcibly swerved into the oncoming lane (yikes!) when a bird crossed the road, high in the air. I believe the camera saw the bird’s dark shadow on the sunlit pavement as the bird passed high over the road. The first time was an osprey, a large bird, but it did it again for a cardinal a few minutes later. I have logged about 2000 miles in Auto Steer and this is the first and second time it made this mistake, and for me, the last.
