Autopilot cameras unavailable

I am getting an error message, Autopilot cameras unavailable. I have driven the car several times with no change. I have done soft and hard resets with no change. I see the right camera is not working when I bring up the cameras on my screen. What more can I do? I've looked online several places. Time for a service call?

The exact same thing happened to me! The right side repeater camera image showed black with a loading sign. I made a service appointment through the app and a mobile tech came 2 weeks later to diagnose the problem. He tried disconnecting and re connecting the camera but the issue persisted. He ordered a new camera and it took almost a month to come in. Today he came and replaced it and it’s finally working. So the good news is that it’s an easy fix but the bad news is that it may take a while for the part to arrive
