Any idea what this is ? Wouldn’t work until after I put car in park.

You got the "time out" warning. Autosteer won't allow speeds over 90 MPH. Applies to ignoring warnings to hold the wheel also, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Stopping and shifting to park is the only way to reset Autosteer. I have been able to exceed the "speed limit + 5 MPH" limitation by pressing the accelerator pedal without triggering this warning.

If you don't want to get Autopilot Speed Limit Penalty for the rest of the drive:

1) Use the TACC to increase the speed to the maximum which is 90 MPH, and NOT with your accelerator!

2) Shut the TACC off first (light tap to the brake, then you can drive manually exceeding 90MPH.

3) Once you are done and ready to get back to the confine of 90MPH maximum, you can turn on back Autopilot.
