Backup Camera Failed

I have not driven since the latest update (2020.16.2.1). When I put the vehicle in reverse, the backup camera showed all black with two lines showing the path. I tried rebooting but this did not fix the problem. I tried to activate the camera manually with the same result, but an all-white screen.

Anyone else have this experience or is this just another issue that only I get to enjoy.

No issue here. Updated and backed up a dozen times. Rebooted just to confirm and all is working fine. I do notice the auto wipers are much better.

Thanks. That will make it easier to diagnose. I expect they might have broken a wire or unplugged a connector when they moved the cable under the frunk two weeks ago and it has worked its way loose since then.

I was able to talk to service. He did some digging and we walked through a power-off and soft-reboot. It now works.

Happened to me a couple of months ago. Resolved on its own. I had put in a service request. Mobile Service came and checked it. Did not find anything wrong. Maybe resolved itself after an update? Have not had a problem in the last several weeks.
