Yeah I think a 5mm spacer should do the trick. Hopefully.Yeah, without tire it looks okay to me...just depends on sidewall height if it touches that upper knuckle.

Is there a way to figure out if the tire will protect the rim with these calculators or do you have to base it off of wwhat other people have attempted? Thinking about downgrading to 19x9.5 with maybe +35 offset for my MYP.
Oh man, this looks soooo good! Thanks! This question came up in TE37 Thread: Pictures Model Y performance on TE37
I don't consider my setup too aggressive, to answer your question of wheel protection.
My Volk TE37 Utlra M 19x9.5 +28 on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 275/40/19's have excess tire protecting the rim. you can see the lip of the tire extends a bit.

You can also look at aftermarket solutions such as Rimblade as additional insurance: Rimblades' Favourite Aftermarket Alloy Wheels
What's your tire size? ThanksBringing this thread back to life, 21x10 +28/+21View attachment 1020077
Hi, I'm also in HK too
9.5 +25 is betterHi, I'm also in HK too
I plan to modify the wheels, and I want to use the stock 20"wheels, the shop suggested me 20 x 9.5 offset 35
I read many post in here and got a conclusion offset 35 is not so fit, and I planning change to offset 30
May I have some suggestion from you.
Nice fitment!20x10 ET25 square with 275/35/21 AS4 T0
Fully rotatble, and no rubbing.
Lowered on MPP coilover & rear camber arm

Width only has affect on offset when it interferes with the goal of filling up the wheel well while not banging into anything. Otherwise they are completley independent qualities!I feel many people do this especially on winter setups just because they are not informed of how wheel widths effect offset
Yes, easily.Question for you guys,
20x10 +35 Square set up can I use 275/35/20 ? I dont want the chunky tire look
No matter how you dice it, as long as the overall diameter between all the tires are similar in size ( <2%) , there will be no issues mechanically or electronically. Some people have a funny defintion of "square".
Same rims front and back = square rims. Can still be staggered tyres if that is what is required for the traction control to be in sync with the rotations and not throwing a fit.
There is an option for telling the car about tyres. I believe that is for the TC not the speedo! Going from 21" OE on the staggered tyres to square tyres you will need to let it know or it may think the rear is letting go way too early.
Compared to dr.will, on 10.5 square with +28 you'll be 8.3mm more poke/outbound. +35 will be 1.3mm more poke.
Assuming you already have stock 10.5 on the back, take the stock offset and subtract the 35 leaves you the additional amount of poke from where you are now.Would 20x10.5 35mm poke or be flush?
