Blue liquid inside the PW box

So I am having the Powerwalls installed today. One of them, when they opened the box, had some blue liquid inside the box. Not a lot, but significant to be noticeable. The installers say that it is not a big deal, it probably splashed from being upside down, and it will work even without the coolant.

Has anyone seen this blue liquid? Is there some place to top it off with anti-freeze?

No need to worry. Powerwalls have a pressure relief valve. Sometimes the Gigafactory overfills the coolant system which can cause some coolant to release during shipping. The system is designed to never need a refill. Therefore, refill is not possible.
