Brand New P3D - Climate Control Not Working/12V Battery Dead

After the latest software update, my climate control stopped working from the app and inside the car (not fan at all) and I got a message saying my 12V battery needs replacing. The car has 611 miles and I find it hard to believe it's anything mechanical. I can't get in touch with anyone from service. Anyone else having issues?

Have you tried a reboot? Even though the 12V battery is brand new, it could be defective.

Have you scheduled a service visit through the mobile app? They should respond quickly to a 12V replacement request.

Without having more info I’d suspect it’s the 12v. Bad/dead 12v batteries can cause all sorts of funky errors, so try not to stress too much about it and get yourself a service appt scheduled ASAP.
