I had an appointment to pick up my 2016 Tesla Model S on Friday Dec 20th 2019 at noon. I drove from Pensacola FL to Decatur GA for the delivery. When I arrived to the showroom, no one was there to greet me. I went to service and was ignored so I went back upstairs. Someone showed up and asked have you been helped finally, I said no, he said what can I do and I said i'm here for a pick up. Taylor was the rep assigned to demo my car and he did a HORRIBLE job in doing so. He rushed my questions and kept saying for me to refer to the owners manual with questions. This is my first EV / Tesla and I saw this car for the first time and it was financed through BOA and paid for and insured when I first saw it. Getting info was like pulling teeth. He didn't demo the radio, had he done so he would have discovered the radio didn't work, along with nav audio, turn signal indicators, blue tooth phone and parking warnings. My phone was connected to to blue tooth and I answered with him in the car and there was no audio and he said hmmm and moved on. That was his chance to say, wait a minute. He never showed me how to open sunroof. I had to ask him how to open and lock car, and trucks. When I questioned him about front en damages he just looked at me. Before we left the lot I witnessed this idiot drive a brand new model 3 into a brick wall, so if you think Tesla isn't hiding damages on brand new cars, think again and now I know why. Their delivery specialists are morons.
I was promised that defects on the car condition would be disclosed and photographed. Since I bought the car based on their photographs and a clean car report. I discovered significant rock damage to the front end, head lights, windshield and front turn signals, hood and bumper, NONE of which was disclosed in photos. There is a major series of scratches on the drivers side door and back to passenger door mid way up car. These should have been photographed and shown and disclosed and they were not. You promised a " Every used Tesla vehicle has passed a 70-point inspection and comes with either a 4-year or 50,000 additional mile warranty or a 2-year, up to 100,000 total mile warranty. "
Ordering a Used Tesla
This car clearly was not inspected as it didn't have a functioning audio system.

Above are the photos I bought the car from and that you put enough faith in for me to buy it sight unseen.
I was allowed to drive away with no test drive with damage to front end and a few miles later I discovered a non functioning audio. I called Katie Crabb, who I never met at my delivery and she was my "Delivery Specialist" She had me do a soft reset on car and said it audio didn't come back, to bring it back.
So we drove car back and Matt Settharath offered to help us since he was in the parking lot putting out FIRES, LITERALLY! Yes fire truck and fireman on the Tesla lot.
The rep "Taylor" pretended to not know who we were or ask how he could help.
They took car into service and said they would check it out, they thought no sound was a bug, then a tuner then a entire computer.
Fast forward to 630pm (6.5 hours later) the navigation maps were still not uploaded and we were turned loose. We drove to Newnan GA to finish maps update.
We saw Taylor again and not only did he ignore us and pretend still not to know who we were, we asked for help and he said he was off the clock.
The Next morning Sat Dec 21st the maps upload were complete but no audio AGAIN!
I texted Katie and Matt my concerns. They said it was out of their hands.
Good luck in Decatur folks
