3/23/21 - Decided to contact their contracting department because I was concerned. I called my specialist and had them transfer me. As it turns out, I was correct to want to speak with them. The contracting department had no plan to send me updated digital contracts for the car we switched to. They realized this when I inquired and said to expect them in 1-2 days. They were very kind.3/22/21 - It was explained the car is definitely on hold and in my account but due to the way it was swapped the website and app will not reflect properly. They are next sending me the updated paperwork to digitally sign.
This is exactly what people are having issues with when using the online dealers. If you don’t check on them, they can make mistakes with your purchase. I will not be certain until I see the vehicle delivered to my home.
