I got an email from PG&E today that stated (emphasis added):

...
"To help you keep your electricity bills low and avoid outages, adding battery storage to your rooftop solar system may be a good option. In mid-2023 new CPUC incentives are expected to become available to assist in making this technology more affordable. We will share updates once these incentives are live."
...

Does anyone know what these incentives are?

I wish I could opt out of these PG&E spams. Of course I know NEM is changing. I also know PG&E is preventing me from having enough solar to charge my EV. I don't need these spammers telling me how great PG&E is.

@jboy210, the NEM 3.0 language contains incentives to help low-income folks get access to ESS. It's unlikely someone with a Tesla Solar Roof, Powerwall 2s, and maybe a F150 lightning will qualify for the income limits for CARE/FERA.
