California PE? I need Solar assistance.

If there is a California licensed PE reading this, or you know of one:

My solar PV system (in work) uses a DynoRaxx mounting system out of NY. They did all the mounting engineering calcs including wind tunnel test numbers.

Problem is, I need a California PE to stamp off on just the DynoRaxx calcs. My city won't accept anything but a California stamp.

Willing to pay customary fees. Array is 64 panels, flat roof ballasted, 2007 industrial building.

I want to do the project myself. I own the building, and did a lot of the custom work to it. It's sort of a hobby.
