Can’t turn off charger location display

I can’t disable the map pins showing supercharger locations. The lightning bolt display toggle turns on/off non-super chargers and brings them up on a list in the right left side but the superchargers remain no matter what. You might call this a high class problem but in the New York metro area, the icons obscure road map visibility. Tesla service could not figure it out. This is with all software updates applied and before AND after MMU replacement. Has anyone else seen this?

I don't think they can be returned off, ever since the update when they changed to pins.

I have 2021.4.18 on my 2014 P85D and the only time the charger icons are displayed is when i hit the button to bring them up.
Have you done a brake pedal reboot? that tends to fix computer issues usually.

The public chargers appear/disappear when you tap the charger icon on the map, but superchargers are always visible regardless.

Thanks, everyone. Making the pins smaller would help. Driving into NYC you see only pins and no roads.

That was quick. we went from zero chargers to too many chargers in under 9 years. not bad.

I have to zoom in when I want to see roads that are obscured by pins so the pins stay the same small size and the roads grow bigger. But I've never had it that the pins cover the roads to that extent. Must be a NYHDPP (New York High Density Population Problem).

Same problem in LA. So many charging pins can’t see the map.
