I went to my local sc today and asked about getting the previous invoice on the replacement battery pack. I have a current invoice from the previous owner; but they would not give me even the owners paperwork I bought it from; even though I showed them I have paperwork from him. I am not sure if the previous owner(s) could sign a confidentiality release with their contact information for all current and future owners on the service history. If a form can be found to do this; i'd be happy to see if I can accomplish this with my local sc. The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful; he was going to email me the paperwork but his manager said no due to confidentiality of the previous owner and that I would need some kind of paperwork signed by the previous owner to make this happen.
