Can you turn TACC off?

TACC is working well in AP 2/3 vehicles in maintaining speed and spacing behind the vehicle ahead. And NOAP can automatically change lanes to move around slower vehicles in the lane ahead.

However, there are issues with the rules being used to control TACC and NOAP. Errors in the speed limit data from the speed limit and "fleet speed" databases is causing incorrect automatic speed changes, and NOAP's algorithm for determining when a lane change should happen needs work.

Tesla seems to have solved the hard problems with TACC and NOAP - what's left is the smaller adjustments to ensure those features are being driven by valid speed limit data and the lane changing more closely follows what human drivers would do.
