Unfortunately, it's looking like X deliveries won't be happening until at least January - and probably later given it's Canada.
Well, all this great news is somewhat depressing. EDD still hasn't moved - still showing Sept 18th. Thought i finally had a VIN on the source code page, however it was the VIN for my current Tesla. And to top it all off, my Tesla financing expired today and I need to re-apply.
Yeah. My X reservation has said Jan for months so I expect it to shift. When I took delivery of our performance 3 last month I meant to cancel the S, but kept it.
May end up accepting the S while we wait for X if it comes in Oct.
Trading in at Tesla is not a good idea, they give you very low trade in value; In BC you get the tax credit buy still they give you worse than wholesale. They were offering me $53K for my 2018X5M which I sold privately for $73,000!

Same here, they offered way lower then what I was able to sell online in 2 days... (Tesla 3 LR 2020 - red)
I'm trading in a 1998 Porsche Boxster that needs some repair. I think it will be difficult to sell on the private market as is (is still drivable though) and I'm too lazy to get all the repairs done to sell it. So I felt $9000 isn't too bad for a easy trade in. With tax credit, that's $10350
Got news from the Tesla rep in Montreal. First deliveries of the Model S in Montreal (Quebec) on 28 Sept. Only 10 cars on that Tues and some more on the 29th. I will be part of the first group of 10 on the 28th. 10 days to go... will post pictures.
Yes. I'm picking mine up tomorrow. Have you received an email asking you to pay? If so, call them to confirm a date.
My rep said the car is still in shipping despite having had the email to pay at least a week ago. The rep even told me last week that I would receive my car this week but still no delivery to be seen!
The wait is almost over. What is your configuration? Mine is MSM LR, black, 19"
