Center Conssole Door Stuck

Has anyone gotten their center console door stuck before?

I think it managed to suck in a receipt as it was opening and now i've only managed to get it closed once. As soon as I opened it again I heard the sound of paper which is what I assume is jamming it up.

I felt around the bottom but it seems like it goes into a very deep slot.

How did you get the storage pocket out? Looks like I'll be able to reach behind the door then and get whatever paper has found its way back there.

It pulls down to pop out 2 spring clips. I felt like I was going to break something but it came out without damage. Focus on the left or right, and after you pop one side down, the other will come out more easily.

Ok looks reasonable . At least They aren't plastic clips and I won't need a spudger.(Jump to 31:27)

Got the receipt out.

I'm not sure if it got sucked in with the door or if it slipped between the tray and the top of the console. I guess I'll have to be careful about where I'm throwing my garbage from now on.

Maybe i'll figure out some way to block that off without preventing access if the tray needs to come off in the future (perhaps just a folded cloth)
