Tesla's timeliness on communication in that area is sucking right now. We just took delivery recently, and also got the email about the store credit very shortly before. I ordered, and it shipped the next day, but if they're going to do this, they need to send that credit to people at least a week or two before car delivery dates to let people have time to get that charging cable from the store in time.
